This app is the second worst thing I did...the first was to buy Galaxy watch. Garmin is waaaay better. I tried many times to pair the watch with phone from the moment I bought it, after several attempts I managed to do it. Samsung forces you to update Wear, otherwise you cannot even open it. Which brought me to the point now where the watch disconnected and despite several attempts, it won't reconnect anymore. Probably I will need to reset it and start all over again. It's just bad!

I hate it. I am about to sell my 1-day old watch as it keeps disconnecting and does not show notifications at all. I also am very disappointed on how badly it's working as I bought the watch to keep track of many things which was possible on my old watch. However, the old one is outdated, so I decided to go for a fancy new one. For example, phone calls aren't getting notified on it, I have to manually reconnect to my phone when I only want to update the weather and more.

The app randomly disconnected from the Galaxy Watch6 and the only way to reconnect it is to reset the watch, which is dumb in itself. I begrudgingly proceed to do just that, and then the app manages to delete all the backups of the watch I had, so I'm having to restore everything manually (for someone who puts a lot of thought and effort personalizing, optimizing and tweaking their devices, that's a very big frustration). Backups are (supposed to be) managed by a separate app, which is dumb.
