I have a trouble understanding some text in the subtitles because of the occasional wrong spelling. And sometimes it doesn't show any subtitles at all so I have to exit the episode and try again because of the problem. The quality sometimes becomes bad for some reason, I don't know what's the cause of it and it doesn't have an option where you can enhance the quality. Edited: I updated the app, and instead of seeing the improvement, I only see the opposite. I hate this app.

There is no mini player on my new device (Galaxy A15). App is fully updated. I enabled the picture in picture permission. I've deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works. No other streaming app I've tried has this issue. It's useless to me if I can't multitask and the forums I've found online have many people with the same issue and yet... No solutions. Fix this please!

The App makes it incredibly easy to add an extra person by mistake with one click and no cancel option. increasing payment by $8 monthly. when you go to cancel, of course you aren't able through the app, you have to go to the website. So I did, and I still couldn't cancel that extra person until I finished setting it up with a name and email. I had to reach out to customer service to cancel and get a refund. As a 9 year customer, this is truly unacceptable.
