This app really needs A HUGE FIXING. The app changed my username by itself, and now I'm unable to rename my account unless I use some random weird usernames provided. In addition, I'm also unable to access my friend's accounts, showing that it is unavailable for my account. I don't understand. Is it because of parental control or was this app really broken? Also, for certain games, I'm unable to sign in to save my progress with my account, since other platforms are unavailable. Disappointing.

Love the app played all the games however for the past few days it just stops working and won't let me play anything keeps crashing saying unfortunately google play games stopped working. All i wanted to do was play solitare i removed cache and data also the update thinking it would help nope so i re updated back to normal but no change. I did everything you suggested and nothing changed it doesn't even show if phone is compatible or not like if i need a new system

Update 4/30/24: the issue I previously mentioned has come back, this time I have to go to my Library to look at the game, click download, then the Play Store page will let me access what I'm trying to get to. Disappointing again, from a massive mobile development company. Original: None of my games listed in the app are opening anymore. I have to go to the Store app to open my games now. Pretty big letdown from one of the largest mobile development companies.
