The App is fairly simple and easy to use in order to manage my Gen6 smart watch. Several incidents where the phone was not able to connect with the application. Jad to reset the phone 2x and go through the settings process from scratch (including Google pay) to fix the issue. All seems to be ok for the time being. I like the watch and satisfied with its performance

One of the worst apps I have on my phone, the only reason I keep it is nothing else will actually connect my watch. Glitchy as anything, it takes minutes at a time to sync even few hours of data, and even when it has you still can't open and interrogate the data as it disappears. The intro screen is an awful layout with ads all over the place and no discernable logic to actually finding your information. I hate it passionately but am stuck with it as there is no alternative. 1 star is generous

The Fossil app needs work. The most frustrating thing as a current user is that the watch face changes back to a default face by itself. The configured tiles do not save either. This usually occurs after an update or if my battery is a bit low. Even though it's synced to the Fossil app. Also, the Fossil app doesn't automatically sync to the watch (I miss this the most about wear os). It's like Fossil isn't even trying to make their app user friendly and smart functional anymore. 😮💨
