Battery still drains at a high rate. UX is not "improved". Your skills are buried. Once there, list often does not load unless you change the sort order. When adjusting setting of a skill, you lose the ability to go back to the list. So, you have to click through again. I swear, no one works on the Alexa team. If they do then they have literally never used the app outside the lab.

Really hate the new app layout and functionality. Slow, awkward and unnecessarily difficult to manage. I also dislike the way new capabilities and functions are rolled out; it's a constant dribble of new features combined with the removal of useful features. I stopped keeping track of it many months ago, and I know older users that simply gave up. No one likes it when something that's worked since purchased suddenly changes to the point it's effectively broken.

Amazon Alexa sucks. There is way too many complicated settings to figure out. Example, my daughter has had her echo for yrs & when I get a new phone it no longer shows up under my account, even when i sync it . it also tells her she can't play certain songs due to limited access even though we pay $18. for unlimited music and no, they're not explicit. it's like going through a rabbit hole every time you want to set anything up. her echo is registered, I shouldn't have to keep resetting it up.
