Absolutely HORRIBLE! How did this app make it on Google Play is beyond me! Map quality reminds me of maps during the early '90s when the internet just started. Map opens in the middle of the Pacific ocean at super closeup every time app is launched. What is incomprehensible is there's NO My Location icon on the map so you can bring map to current location. User interface is extremely confusing and convoluted. Can't upload trails by hand except on the web, which keeps launching app upon sign in.

It does what I need it to do, map my course, with distances, simply and safely. The biggest issue is on power saving settings - on my S20, if I allow Wikiloc to use as much battery as it wants but with my power savings still running, it objects. Why do I have to disable global power saving to allow this to run ?

The app requires certain settings to be adjusted because power saving modes can restrict background data and GPS usage, which are crucial for tracking your activities accurately without interruptions. For the Wikiloc app to function optimally, it's recommended to disable certain power saving features.

Amazing app. It keeps you in the trail even without signal on the phone. The best feature for me that don't have a vast knowledge of paths, is the suggestions for places nearby. Due to the filters you can find something to fit groups with different capabilities (e.g. children...).
