The only thing I don't like is texting. I wish they would have a reply option to an individual text for easy communication and the ability to place an emoji on an individual text. I purchased premium, and I like the record option and trascript. it's awesome. On other apps, a text or a phone call is just seen as a phone number, but this app it will find the name of it. lots of other little things that make it smooth to use.

This app, if it worked correctly, would be a 5 star, perfect app. Unfortunatley there are many bugs : 1. When connecting to speaker, you have to press it off and on again multiple times. 2. When connecting to speaker, it automatically drops your volume to zero. 3. Call recording for outgoing calls does not work. 4. The only time I can recall a call is if it goes through the assistant and. There are a few more minor ones but this is the most important stuff. Best!

Tells the wrong name of the person calling me during and after the call. Only useful to block spam, but I'm starting to look for alternatives. *Edit/reply:* the problem is that it happens with contacts that are saved correctly in my phone. When I try to correct the entry it shows the correct number and name, but in the call history the number gets assigned to the wrong name/contact. So there's nothing I can do to correct. It seems it doesn't read correctly numbers during a call.

That's not how it works. Truecaller operates as a community-based platform, promoting registration with real names. However, if the provided name doesn't align, suggestions from other users are reflected. If you believe the name is inaccurate, feel free to suggest the user's real or correct name. /RJ
