App got rejected on apple store connect

Hi,
My app got reject under and this is the review message:
"Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage
You collect data to track after the user selects "Ask App Not to Track" on the App Tracking Transparency permission request.
Specifically, we noticed the app accesses web content you own and collects cookies for tracking after the user asked you not to track them.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please revise the app so that you do not collect data for tracking purposes if the user does not give permission for tracking.
Alternatively, if you do not collect cookies for tracking purposes, revise the cookie prompts that appear in the app to clarify you do not track users."
I am using Applovin MAX mediation and my app first prompt ATT message and then Applovin show GDPR on behave of admob. I am using ATT plugin separately. Should I call Applovin built-in ATT request or should you call ATT separately ?
What should I do?

It looks like you are utilizing ATT by using own implementation. Am i right ?
If you are using Mobile Ads SDK, so this ATT pop up can come up through SDK. First time consent pop up will come once agree then ATT will come.
I would suggest here to remove custom code of ATT and utilize SDK level ATT to avoid any rejection through Apple.
