Hello,
I am implementing admob native ads into our react native app using react-native-admob-native-ads plugin. The native ad validator throws 1 or 2 issues no matter how I implement it. Interestingly the one of the issue (Ad attribution missing) is showing randomly without any change. Here is how it looks. It doesn't seem like any advertiser assets are outside native ad view, although it does not feature every element (like CTA, icon).Any ideas what to look for? Thanks

Hi,

Please note that Native Validator will appear only on test ads. Live ad requests will never show Native Validator. This is enabled by default to help you catch policy violations before your app ships. It automatically identifies certain policy violations in your app and notifies you through the app's UI. Kindly refer to Native Validator for more information.

I understand it won't show on the live app. But my guess is if there are issues like that the admob will flag our account for policy violation, which is something I don't want. So my question is not how to disable the validator but how to fix those problems. Thank you.

Hi Martin,

Once you get issues in the policy center, clicking on See Issues takes you to a fullscreen list of the relevant policy violations. In that fullscreen, you'll see a fix button next to the relevant policy violation. Clicking on the fix button will take you to the appropriate window and you can act accordingly.

Hello, as you can see from the attached images I did click See Issues, but there is no fix button, only Learn more. Of course I have checked those. But no matter what I do it still shows the issues. Any concrete ideas what I can try?

Hi,

We have tried running our Google sample project and unable to reproduce the issue. Kindly share a sample app project, so that we can further check your implementation on this.
